Capitol riot defendant's 'Foxitis' defense may do some good

Jennifer Rodgers says the defendant who claimed he was schooled by Fox News to believe Trump won the election likely won't succeed in freeing himself of the charges, but his expression of remorse could win points with a judge and help convince other Trump backers that the President engaged in a big lie to cover up his defeat.
