Why Trump keeps calling women 'nasty'

We are by now used to the President's name-calling -- it is unpresidential and gauche, writes Kara Alaimo. But "nasty," which he has lobbed at Denmark's Prime Minister, Nancy Pelosi and Meghan Markle --and now Kamala Harris-- is one that rings out with some significance: he seems to reserve it for women.
