The suspect who shot a judge's family and killed her son had long shown an agenda of violence, says Jill Filipovic. A self-proclaimed "anti-feminist" lawyer, his extremism lurked close to the surface of his identity as a men's rights activist, she writes, and such worldviews must be recognized for what they are: not kooky but dangerous, especially when mixed with easy access to guns.
