Police release video of officer fatally shooting California teen 'in shooting stance'

Police in Fullerton, California, have released video of an officer fatally shooting a 17-year-old driver after a traffic incident earlier this month, and say she was holding the replica of a handgun in a "shooting stance" toward the officer.
